Exclusion of Liability

1. Contents of the Online Offer

The Rhein-Nadel Automation GmbH (hereafter the Author) assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the timeliness, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. This information is a service provided by the Author and does not substitute a personal discussion. Liability claims against the Author, which refer to damages of a pecuniary or non-pecuniary kind that were caused through the use or failure to use the information offered, or through the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are ruled out on principle as long as there is no evidence of intentional fault or negligence on behalf of the Author.

The Author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphs and texts in all publications, to use own graphs and texts, or to fall back on graphs and texts that require no license.

All the brands and trademarks named within the Internet offer, and which may be protected by third parties, are unrestrictedly subject to the regulations of the respective brand right in force and to the possessive rights of the respective registered proprietors. One cannot draw the conclusion that the simple mention of brands does not mean they are not protected through third-party rights.

The Copyright for published objects made by the Author himself remains alone with the Author of the Sites. Reproduction or the use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the Author’s express consent.

So long as there is the possibility of entering personal or business data (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) within the Internet offer, disclosure of this data on behalf of the user is done on an absolutely voluntary basis.

5. Legal Validity of this Exclusion of Liability

In the event that single wordings of this text do not, no longer or not completely correspond with the valid legal situation, the remaining parts of this document are not affected by this either in their contents or validity.
